LLC, (C2 Pedagogy) believes strong systems create the conditions for responsive teaching.  Our approach helps districts design learning experiences that meet students where they are while protecting rigor, knowledge-building instruction, and literacy growth-without creating unsustainable demands on teachers.  


    The Model strengthens what schools already must do- teach the core well- by helping teams align curriculum, protect instructional time, and build shared routines for planning, assessment, and continuous improvement.  The result is a school-day structure that supports teachers and leaders while expanding equitable access to high-quality learning for all students.

    C2 Pedagogy: Orchestrating the Core is founded and operated by Dr. Chyrese S. Wolf, Ed.D., an educator and systems-focused curriculum leader with deep expertise in literacy development, curriculum and instruction, and implementation support.  Dr. Wolf holds professional licensure in elementary education, reading specialization, and general administration, and earned her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction.  With more than two decades of experience supporting educators through curriculum alignment, assessment design, teacher development, and program improvement, she brings both research-grounded insight and practical school-day realities to every partnership.  


    As a single owner-operator, Dr. Wolf provides direct leadership and hands-on support- ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and consistent quality across each engagement.  C2 Pedagogy's work is designed to serve diverse school communities and learning contexts, partnering with ROEs and districts to strengthen instructional coherence, expand access and equity, and build sustainable systems that help teachers and leaders succeed together.
